We email you the signed letter. Book your visa appointment with this lead time in mind.
Include in your email:
- Departure and return dates
- Purpose of travel, country and city
- For assignments or conferences: the approved form
Travelling on annual leave?
Get your leave dates approved by the final approver first, then request the letter.
Green passport
Full-time faculty with at least 15 years of teaching experience qualify. Years at other universities count.
- Fill in the Passport Request Form.
- Attach service records from other universities, if any.
- Collect the form from us once the Rector's Office approves it.
