Annual, sick, marriage, bereavement and paternity leave all go through one app: My Leave Request.
- Get your annual leave dates approved before you go.
- If your annual leave spans a weekend, Saturday counts as half a day.
How many days do you get?

| Annual leave, 16+ years of service | 26 days |
| Annual leave, age 50+ | 20 days |
| Marriage | 3 days |
| Bereavement: parent, spouse, sibling, child | 3 days |
| Paternity | 10 days |
| Maternity | 24 weeks: 8 before birth, 16 after |
You start earning annual leave after your first year at TEDU.
Sick leave and medical reports
- You get 40 hours of sick leave a year, used by the hour or up to one day at a time.
- Got a medical report? Email it the same day to your manager, Financial Affairs and us.
- Unused hours do not carry over.
